Each album will be given a rating on a scale from 0 to 10. You can look at the entire set here. Additionally, you can check out a list of my favorite song from each album right here.

A twelve-year old album with less than half a million plays across the entire catalogue summed up is one that is perfect for this series, so I’m glad this one made it into the suggestion box.
It’s pretty rote math rock, and though it sounds really nice, there’s not a lot that’s exceptional about it one way or another. Certain songs are better than others - it’s not hard to see why ‘Squeak’, for one, is the most popular song on the album by roughly a factor of three, as it’s the standout.
Beyond a rather amusing feature by way of a cover of Tracy Chapman’s ‘Fast Car’, most of this album is pretty forgettable. It’s not bad, it just is, and that’s okay! Not every album has the staying power to remain memorable, but I listened through this one three times and I don’t know that most anything from it will keep in my head.
Rating: 6.5/10
Best Tracks: Squeak, Japan
Worst Tracks: Spoons
