I love that this record so adamantly refuses to even consider being allied to one specific genre - by instead choosing to be a smorgasbord of rock-type efforts, it’s much more fun for the trouble.

I won’t go so far as to say it’s pure talent or anything - the same thing that’s fun also makes this a challenging and at times obtuse listen, but there’s an abundance of decent material, enough to make this EP worth the time spent at a minimum.
