Each album will be given a rating on a scale from 0 to 10. You can look at the entire set here. Additionally, you can check out a list of my favorite song from each album right here.

Album: From 2 to 3 (2022)

This is pretty standard bedroom indie rock. It hits the right notes, strums the guitars like you want it to, has the vocals that oscillate between plucky and a little more morose. It’s executed exactly as you want something like this to be done, but in doing so, it feels a lot more like this album is checking off a task-list than anything else.
There are undoubtedly bright moments through it all - there’s a very strong vibe not unlike, say, The Academic, or a more acoustic Sure Sure, the type of sound that really does scratch the itch for softly melancholic tunes about life, the sort of music that might turn your mood a couple notches to the better.
The biggest gripe I have beyond what feels a bit like a falsity in terms of the sentiment behind the album is that it is extremely difficult to distinguish tracks from one another - you could honestly tell that that any track on the album is another, and with a few rare exceptions (the tracks listed below), I don’t think I’d do any better than I would throwing darts at a piece of paper.
